Police have arrested 30 women and four men after a beauty salon company allegedly told female employees to strip off outdoors during a team-building training camp. The arrested workers, all aged between 20 and 32, were taken to a police station for questioning in connection with performing obscene acts in public on the strength of photographs taken by residents. But, the company, which runs a chain of eight beauty salons across Malaysia, claims the people were not naked but wearing flesh-coloured clothing and it is now reportedly threatening to sue the residents who photographed its workers, claiming the pictures had been digitally manipulated. Bentong district police chief Supt Yusuf Unis confirmed that local residents complained about seeing a group of apparently naked people at a resort hotel in the town.
